Tint Keg Sprayer Tips offer customizable spray options in brass or plastic. Choose between adjustable cone tips or wide fan tips for precise application.
The Tint Keg Sprayer Tips are designed to be used on the Brass Sprayer Handle and the Plastic Sprayer Handle.
The Tint Keg Sprayer Tips are sold separately so that if you break a tip, or maybe just want to try something new, you can do so without having to purchase a completely new handle. You have your choice of brass or plastic for whatever you need. You can also use the plastic tips with the brass sprayer or brass tips with the plastic sprayer for a fully customizable experience. Cone tips are adjustable and feature a concentrated, round spray while the fan tips are not adjustable and feature a flat, wide spray.
Rick swears that the fan tip is amazing for automotive, although most automotive installers are more comfortable using cone tips. (The cone tips are what are on the common industry sprayers like hand spray bottles, Poly II Sprayers, and Jr Pump Up Impact Sprayers.) The fan tips really excel in PPF and flat glass applications as you can cover very large areas quickly. This can be extremely valuable because time is of the essence when your adhesive is exposed to the open air.

Got the brass fan tip to replace a plastic tip on my keg. I like the peace of mind, knowing that if I drop it by accident, it’s not going to crack or break. I feel like it puts out more slip as well, definitely covers the glass quick.
