Return And Refund Policy - Sun Distributing

Overview

Sun Distributing supplies window film, tools, parts, accessories, and related products. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received it, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Used, installed, worn, or damaged items not caused by our error
Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
Special-order or non-stock items
Opened liquids, chemicals, adhesives, or other consumable products
Downloadable software products
Gift cards
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Partial Refunds

Exchanges
