Sun Distributing ships tools, film, parts, accessories, and related products to customers throughout the United States. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled if a return is needed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment verification, and shipping destination. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Some products may ship separately based on size, weight, availability, or warehouse location.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Charges

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, if items are missing, or if you receive the wrong product, contact Sun Distributing as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution. Please keep all packaging materials and order documentation until the claim is reviewed.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition received, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please contact Sun Distributing before returning any item. Do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used, installed, worn, or damaged items not caused by our error
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
- Special-order, custom-order, or non-stock items
- Opened liquids, chemicals, adhesives, or other consumable products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a Sun Distributing error, defective merchandise, or damage in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive a returned item that is lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was shipped. If you need an exchange, contact Sun Distributing before returning the item.
